ACLEDA Visa cardholder can request for an interpreter on medical service appointment by:
email to info@bangkokhospital.com or through booking form at https://www.bangkokhospital.com/appointment?step=1‍
Services are available at International Medical Services (IMS), 4th R Building, Bangkok Hospital
(Soi Soonvijai, New Petchburi Road, Bangkok) only . See on map
ACLEDA and Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of services.
In case of dispute, the decision of Bangkok Hospital shall be final.
